3. DOCK OWNER’S APPROVAL
Upon submitting a reservation request, the dock owner receives a notification and has 48 hours to accept.
4. VERIFICATION
Following the dock owner's acceptance of your request, you'll receive an email containing comprehensive details about the dock and the ResDocks Evaluation and Pre-Arrival process. The email will also include a link to our dock protection provider, prompting you to provide the necessary information to ensure the legitimacy of the reservation.
5. CONNECT! - EVALUATION / PRE-ARRIVAL
14-Day Risk Free Evaluation - We suggest you contact the dock owner via the platform messaging system as soon as possible. It’s a great tool to keep in contact as you work out all the details to ensure a successful transition. While an on-site visit is not mandatory, it is strongly recommended. Unlike generic marina docks, many private docks were “custom-fit” for specific boats. Navigating the logistics of these spaces may require mutually agreed-upon physical adjustments to accommodate your vessel before arrival. Flexibility is key — you can modify or cancel the reservation up to and including the scheduled+ arrival date.
